Only articles that meet our editorial standards for content, quality, and originality will be published. Please only submit articles about Singapore or travel articles that are relevant to travel in Singapore. Contributors will be notified of the status of submissions.

  • 1) You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article and own all copyrights pertaining to it.
  • 2) Your submission to Singapore Travel Online gives us unconditional permission to publish your article on our website and our associated travel websites, RSS feed, and in our email alerts.
  • 3) You acknowledge that if your article is published on Singapore Travel Online we cannot control unauthorized copying and whether your article will be reprinted in other e-zines, websites or print publications. Submission to Singapore Travel OnlineQuality and originality are very important and our standards are rigid. Articles that require extensive editorial revisions may be published with a co-authorship. Articles may be edited to increase the keyword effectiveness of the article, to improve search engine optimization, or to correct grammar, spelling, or style.

Singapore Travel Online reserves the right to classify your article in a topic category that is considered most suitable. We reserve the right to remove your article(s) at any time for any reason.

Contributions must:

  • 1. NOT contain affiliate program links.
  • 2. MUST be informative and share your unique Singapore travel experience or expertise. You may wish to write on Singapore travel tips, travel strategies, clever or witty opinion pieces, or general Singapore commentary. We will typically not accept harsh commentary or articles that do not contain some personal perspective.
  • 3. NOT be a press release, advertisement, sales letter, promotional item, or blatant self-promotion or hype.
  • 4. BE written in English and be of a reasonable standard. While we know people have different levels of English language writing abilities we expect you to at least spell check, proofread and check the accuracy of any material prior to sending.
  • 5. MUST not contain lewd, obscene, violence-oriented, racial intolerant, degrading or profane messages.

Our editors will be the sole judges of what is considered appropriate for Singapore Travel Online.
